Inside the United States

We process all orders within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 2-8 days to arrive at destinations within the United States. However, please note that on some occasions, there may be an additional delay due to our PureLife Organic, Inc.'s handcrafted items; if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.

Your delivery options are determined by your shipping zip code and delivery times. We use USPS and several select regional carriers to provide the fastest, most economical service.

Thank you for choosing PureLife Organic, Inc. We are pleased to offer you a store credit and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won't be able to offer you any credits and/or exchanges. If your product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Also, please ensure the item is unused, and in the same condition you received it.


We apologize, but returns are unavailable for wholesale orders; a credit will be issued to the store upon management approval.
